The Child and Family Development Division programs focus on building families. They offer a comprehensive educational program, as well as medical, nutritional, social service assistance and special needs services.
Services are provided to income eligible and/or children with a diagnosed disability who are pre-school age and their families.
The main office is located in Ashtabula but services are offered in 9 sites throughout Ashtabula County.
