Also referred to as "PAS," the Prescription Assistance for Seniors program meets long-term prescription drug needs by improving access to existing resources for seniors who cannot afford their medications. To meet with a caseworker individuals must be age 60 or older, a resident of Ashtabula County, and have no third party prescription coverage.
The caseworker will meet with the applicant to:
| Help assess eligibility through the various patient assistance programs |
| Aid in completion of the appropriate application form or procedures |
| Assist with physician contact and conduct follow-up |
