Senior Nutrition Program

Home Delivered Meals: Hot, nutritious mid-day meals delivered Monday through Friday in the homes throughout the northern part of Ashtabula County for those living with disabilities, who are unable to prepare or obtain their own meals.  This service is provided Monday through Friday to individuals in the northern part of Ashtabula County.  There is no age limit, but eligibility is based on an assessment of capabilities.

Congregate Meals: Hot, nutritious mid-day meals served Monday through Friday at five locations throughout Ashtabula County.  Individuals must be 60 years of age or older.

 ● Conneaut Human Resource Center:  327 Mill Street
 ● Geneva Methodist Church:  89 South Broadway
 ● Jefferson Community Center:  11 East Jefferson Street
 ● Pierpont Presbyterian Church:  Route 7
