Candidates who apply to the program must meet the 125% poverty guidelines. All participants must understand that this program involves a long-term time commitment. Candidates must be drug and alcohol free. Case managers will help you plan, prioritize and prepare. The participant will take responsibility for managing themselves, but the case manager will be available to advocate if it is needed.
